1. نطاق السياسة وهوية الخدمة

تنطبق هذه السياسة على موقع SUST Library على النطاق sust-library.site وعلى تطبيق أندرويد المرتبط به، ومعرّف الحزمة site.sust.library. المنصة مشروع طلابي مستقل لتنظيم ومشاركة المواد الدراسية، وليست موقعًا رسميًا لجامعة السودان للعلوم والتكنولوجيا.

1. Scope and service identity

This policy applies to the SUST Library website at sust-library.site and its related Android app with package ID site.sust.library. The service is an independent student project for organizing and sharing academic materials and is not an official website of Sudan University of Science and Technology.

2. المعلومات التي لا نجمعها مباشرة

• لا توجد حسابات مستخدمين أو تسجيل دخول.
• لا نطلب الاسم أو البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف.
• لا نطلب الموقع الجغرافي أو جهات الاتصال أو الرسائل أو سجل المكالمات.
• لا نستخدم الكاميرا أو الميكروفون.
• لا توجد مدفوعات أو إعلانات أو أدوات تتبع إعلانية داخل الخدمة حاليًا.

2. Information we do not directly collect

• There are no user accounts or sign-in features.
• We do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number.
• We do not request precise location, contacts, messages, or call history.
• We do not access the camera or microphone.
• The service currently contains no payments, advertising, or advertising-tracking tools.

3. البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك

3. Data stored on your device

The website or app may store preferences locally on your device, such as language, theme, favorite subjects, the last opened file, and notification read status. This data is used to improve your experience and is not directly sent to us. You can delete it by clearing website/app storage or uninstalling the app.

4. المعلومات التقنية والخدمات الخارجية

عند زيارة الموقع أو تنزيل ملف، قد تعالج الجهات التي تستضيف الموقع أو توصل الملفات معلومات تقنية اعتيادية، مثل عنوان IP، ونوع المتصفح أو الجهاز، والصفحات أو الملفات المطلوبة، ووقت الطلب. يتم ذلك لتقديم الخدمة، والحماية من إساءة الاستخدام، وتشخيص الأعطال.

• Netlify لاستضافة الموقع ونشره.
• Cloudflare Workers وCloudflare R2 لتوفير فهرس المكتبة والملفات الدراسية.
• GitHub لاستضافة بعض ملفات المشروع وملف تطبيق أندرويد.
• Google Fonts لعرض الخطوط المستخدمة في الموقع.
• Telegram عند اختيار المستخدم فتح رابط التواصل الخارجي.

تخضع معالجة هذه الجهات لسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها، ولا نبيع بيانات المستخدمين ولا نؤجرها.

4. Technical information and external services

When you visit the website or download a file, hosting and file-delivery providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, requested pages or files, and request time. This is used to deliver the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems.

• Netlify for website hosting and deployment.
• Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare R2 for the library index and academic files.
• GitHub for hosting parts of the project and the Android application file.
• Google Fonts for displaying website fonts.
• Telegram when a user chooses to open the external contact link.

These providers process information under their own privacy policies. We do not sell or rent user data.

5. صلاحيات تطبيق أندرويد والتنزيلات

يستخدم التطبيق اتصال الإنترنت والتحقق من حالة الشبكة لعرض الموقع وتنزيل المواد. عند اختيار تنزيل محاضرة أو ملف، يستخدم التطبيق مدير التنزيل في أندرويد لحفظ الملف داخل مجلد التنزيلات. لا يقرأ التطبيق ملفاتك الأخرى ولا يرفعها إلينا.

5. Android permissions and downloads

The app uses internet access and network-state access to display the website and download academic materials. When you choose to download a lecture or file, Android's Download Manager saves it in the Downloads folder. The app does not read your other files or upload them to us.

6. ملفات الارتباط والتخزين المحلي

لا نستخدم ملفات ارتباط للإعلانات أو التتبع التسويقي حاليًا. قد يستخدم الموقع التخزين المحلي داخل المتصفح أو التطبيق لحفظ التفضيلات الموضحة أعلاه. وقد تستخدم خدمات الاستضافة تقنيات ضرورية للأمان وتشغيل الخدمة.

6. Cookies and local storage

We currently do not use cookies for advertising or marketing tracking. The service may use local browser/app storage for the preferences described above. Hosting providers may use technologies necessary for security and service operation.

7. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

• لا نحتفظ بملفات تعريف مستخدمين لأن الخدمة لا تنشئ حسابات.
• تبقى التفضيلات المحلية على جهازك حتى تمسحها أو تحذف التطبيق.
• قد تحتفظ الجهات الخارجية بسجلات تقنية للفترات التي تحددها سياساتها ومتطلباتها الأمنية.

7. Data retention and deletion

• We do not retain user profiles because the service does not create accounts.
• Local preferences remain on your device until you clear them or uninstall the app.
• External providers may retain technical logs for periods set by their policies and security requirements.
• You may contact us with any privacy question using the contact method below.

8. حماية المعلومات

نستخدم اتصال HTTPS عند تقديم الموقع والملفات حيثما تدعمه الخدمة، ونسعى إلى تقليل البيانات المطلوبة إلى الحد الأدنى. رغم ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين إلكتروني تضمن الحماية المطلقة.

8. Information security

We use HTTPS when delivering the website and files where supported and aim to minimize the data required for operation. However, no electronic transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

9. خصوصية الأطفال

الخدمة موجهة أساسًا لطلاب التعليم الجامعي، وليست مصممة خصيصًا للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا. نحن لا نجمع عن قصد معلومات شخصية مباشرة من الأطفال.

9. Children's privacy

The service is primarily intended for university students and is not specifically designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

10. الروابط والملفات الخارجية

قد يحتوي الموقع على روابط إلى ملفات دراسية أو خدمات خارجية. لا تتحكم SUST Library في ممارسات الخصوصية أو محتوى المواقع والخدمات الخارجية، ويُنصح بمراجعة سياساتها قبل استخدامها.

10. External links and files

The service may contain links to academic files or external services. SUST Library does not control the privacy practices or content of external websites and services, and users should review their policies before use.

11. تغييرات سياسة الخصوصية

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيير خصائص الموقع أو التطبيق أو الخدمات المستخدمة. سيتم نشر النسخة الجديدة في هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ آخر تحديث.

11. Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this policy when website/app features or service providers change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised last-updated date.
